Your kindness, helpfulness, and friendly demeanour made the entire process such a pleasure—I think we might be best friends now! The setup was executed flawlessly. The team arrived on time, worked quickly, and handled everything to perfection. The soft play, cake background set up, ball pitt, slides, and bouncy castle were an absolute dream! It truly was the best party, with every child (and even the adults!) having the most amazing time. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough—everything was just perfect! These guys did the most amazing set up of a jumping castle with slide and slide and ball pit for my son’s 3rd birthday party! The jumping castle and slide and ball pit looked stunning, incredible quality and the decals and signs they had made were beautiful and perfectly in theme with the party. The communication leading up to the event was so professional and organised, they were such a pleasure to deal with. Such a friendly team that arrived on time and best of all liaised directly with our back drop supplier to make the event so seamless. Soft Play and Castle Hire - Immaculate! Immaculate service, communication and equipment, everything was perfect (equipment was so clean and pristine!!). Look no further because this is everything that you want when dealing with a hire business - safety at the forefront, true to their word and on time for set up and pack up. Our hire had been postponed due to lock down one year earlier, and when we were finally ready to celebrate nothing was lost in translation, all our details kept and remembered and Anik was on top of everything - communication is easy and it just makes such a difference! Amazing service and beautiful product range! Teneille was very responsive to all my enquiries, the booking process was seamless, and we were kept up-to-date with delivery updates both before and on the day of our event. The team not only delivered and set up the products, but also took time to give everything a scrub after set up to ensure it was all clean for our use. We hired a soft play set, arch back drop and plinth. Decal for the arch backdrop could be customised any way we wanted, and if you have the tools you can even create your own vector file and they can get it printed to size for you. We were very impressed and would definitely hire from Bounce O Rama again! ~ Michelle C

Bounce O Rama are a great option when booking in your next bouncy castle! The communication was amazing in the week heading into the party, with bad weather hanging around, the Bounce team ensured we stayed up to date with how it was tracking. On the day, the castle arrived on time and was picked up at the exact requested time too - which makes everything so much easier. We hired the Lego Castle, which the kids all loved. If I could give Anik an 1000 star review, I would. She goes absolutely above and beyond for her clients at all hours of the day and night. She is effortlessly creative and EXCELLENT at what she does. Lines of communication were open from day 1 of our booking. She triple confirmed everything, saved me from a last minute disaster meltdown at 10pm the night before. We had the most wonderful afternoon celebrating our daughter’s birthday with the Rainbow Unicorn jumping castle. The service was amazing, the castle turned up exactly when it was supposed to and collected exactly when they said it would be. It was such a high quality inflatable - all the parents at the party commented on how amazing it was. So colourful and bright and fun for the kids. In fact, it was so good we are just about to book another one for our youngest daughter’s party! I can not recommend the Bounce-o-Rama team highly enough. Bounce O Rama was the best decision we made for our daughters 2nd birthday. By far the best in the business! I have had many castles over the years and Anik has been the most professional and organised that I have come across. The castle was SO clean, it smelt amazing and the kids absolutely loved it. Some other castles have shown up dirty and smelling terribly so it was such a relief to finally have a castle that was so well taken care of. She also helped me with how much size I would, where to place it and was so quick and tidy at setting up and packing down. I won’t look anywhere else and I very highly recommend them! Anik and the Bounce O Rama team were incredibly accommodating about the planning headaches of a wedding jumping castle! They took my booking and deposit months ahead of time, communicated with me about the weather and contingencies in the final week, went ahead despite the chance of rain and I'm convinced Anik somehow personally brought the sunshine during setup because we had nothing but perfect weather all day! The most beautiful soft play ever! My daughter and her friends had an amazing time with the mega soft play, slide and ball pit at my daughter's 2nd bday! We recently hired the Frozen jumping castle for my sons birthday party. Bounce O Rama bent over backwards to accomodate our every need. We faced a few challenges due to weather, restrictions, and venue changes. Anik was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.
